Lovely images. I love the way you capture and portray color! It gives your photos a distinctive voice. I have a love affair with the St Johns bridge. I tried to convince my husband to move to that neighborhood just for the bridge but the garden won over the bridge--we ended up on the opposite end of town where we could buy a house on a big big lot.
You should walk across the St. John's bridge next (my fav.) and then enjoy a visit at James John cafe on Lombard. Of course, you did say you don't like coffee but they have other drinks (tea, beer...) and food.
A bridge is a lovely thing to love. I do too.
