with electric brains

the other day, as we were getting out of the car to go into the book store, ava says this:

"this place smells like robots."

and really, I just want a mind that works like that.

  3. you need to ask her (and then tell me) what the robots smell like. so, you know, we'll smell them coming when the robot revolt begins.

  6. I love comments like that. What a budding genius. The great part is you are raising her in such a way that she will feel free to express that stuff with out feeling odd or rediculous. Some parents probably wouldn't get it and challange her on what that means... I think it is letting kids express that way and allowing them to feel proud of it that continues those creative perceptions flowing. YAY!
