I like memes. it might possibly be the school girl in me, but I can't resisit a meme. just the word: meme. how do you pronounce it? meem? mee-mee? mehm? who came up with this? I don't know, I don't care but I'm a sucker for it. the fabulous red current has tagged me and so I present to you the shortest, most random meme ever:

1. Go into your archive. 2. Find your 23rd post (or closest to). 3. Find the fifth sentence (or closest to). 4. Post the text of the sentence in your blog along with these instructions. 5. Tag five people to do the same.

here's my sentence:

many shells were collected.

yes, I know. it's poetry. aren't you glad you stopped by?

as always, I am tagging the world. meaning, if you are reading this and have a blog, feel free to do the same. or leave your sentence here. or any randomness. happy randomness to you.

  1. haha! i liked the mehmeh memeeem mumemeheh the best out of all the oens ive seen so far. its always poetic, whatever you find. :)

  2. This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.

  3. Here's mine: I have parents who are still married and are still in love.

    Haha - rock on.

  4. oh randomness, how i adore it. here's mine:

eating a handful of animal crackers

  5. Oh so fun! After estimating my 23rd post (I started this blog thing weird so I cant count them out properly...) this is my sentence:

"Little did we know we would be laying in the sun just two days before the blizzard struck--and would spend the enxt week shut in together with his sister and boyfriend (now husband) and no way out."

  6. ok so mine is long:

"It's a profound instance of thinking on your toes - sometimes I don't even know how my sentence is going to end and I'm so glad that I manage to get something out with-out a bushonian word flub or a round of intense moronic blinking!"

  7. i remember that line....

it was your holiday post if i'm not mistaken. how jealous i was of that surf and sand.

  8. driving in the mountains before dawn.

  9. mines actually on the 24th i think because the 23rd post was only one sentence long. i do that sorta thing.

its weird how the content of my blog has changed since then. anyway, here it is.

"now... before i continue i feel propelled to tell you that i don't normally give excuses about this kind of stuff and i really hate lying to my profs... but this was a desperate situation."

Yah, uh huh... haven't heard that one before. compromised morals! LOL

  10. It had rained earlier in the day and everything was soaked.

  11. fun fun fun. I love this, thanks everyone.
