la boob oscillator

when I am looking to dissolve any nagging feelings of frustration or anger, I get into my car (sans bebes) and drive. if it's nice outside, I roll down the windows. then I turn the volume up as high as humanly possible and play stereo lab's 'la boob oscillator'. I find it near impossible to wallow in my sour mood when this song is blasting. I cannot resist bobbing my head up and down while trying to sing along in quirky faux french. just say it out loud- LA BOOB OSCILLATOR. there, now don't you feel better? I do.

  1. Well, I prolly shouldn't say the title out loud here a work, for fear of others wondering what in the heck I'm looking at on the internet, but -- yes, that song is catchy. And now I must go and hum it subconsciously all day long....

  3. :) I just love to ride down the road with no babies, and sing....no matter what the song. I'm digging this Northwest obsession with Classic rock...which I haven't LOVED like this in a while! I like riding along and having the random guy look at me like I'm still cute:) b/c I'm having fun singing classic rock:)

  4. Okay, all -- I've added the link to a mp3 file of the song! It's edited down to 4 minutes from the original 6, so that makes it about 5MB. Hope that's not too big a file to download. Have fun bobbing!

  7. Andrea:
You've made this weird song one of my favorites. And, yes, I do bob my head when I hear it. I don't even like French! Oh, well. You just have to be flexible, I guess.
