I am joining the revolution and will begin to post self-portraits on tuesdays. though this photograph was taken in some random parking lot in 1999, it is exactly how I feel about my life at this very moment: I am always in motion.
I think the interpretation is everything. at first glance I perceive you to be a diva (not Omarosa, or Janice Dickenson like), in control; or maybe a scene from a Hillary Duff type movie where you feel young, energized, fresh, and just feeling great. The B&W aspect gives the pic (& u!) so much character, and depth (not so flat & one dimensional), a little rebelliousness, like James Dean, how about Jenna Dean? But u never know what's behind it all or in kelly clarkson terms what's "behind these hazel eyes"
I took this very representational shot of my beloved Andrea, aka hula seventy. Always in motion is such a true statement, whether in literal terms, or in general. I love this shot. Makes me laugh each time I see it.
yes my sentiments are with elisabeth - interpretation, at first there's a sense of attitude, then confidence, then swoosh - fun - energy and all that seems to be the hula seventy signature. great shot! loving the b + w!
Dang good shot. Would it be offensive to Ward to say it is a sexy shot? I mean, there is no skin, no suggestiveness ... it's just carefree ... attitude ... felt ... and that's where it's coming from. Come on Ward, you know what I mean ... you've got a gorgeous wife. Nice picture taking!
