Much to my surprise and utter delight I find my dear sis-in-law gettin' with the bloggity grove. Of course, I had to comment first on the mobility of the wee one. If I remember correctly, Naomi barely crawled -- and when she did, it was in reverse. But then she was walking by 11 months. Matt, on the other hand, was a world-class crawler. So much so that teaching him to walk was a PAIN in the REAR!! Why learn to walk when you can crawl? Anyway, as Nani could tell you, the fateful day came when he was 15 months old and she was here -- it was not an easy feat, and there was much weeping and knashing of teeth ;) Oh, and CRAWLING makes me think of the Linkin Park song (my new obsession, God help us all). Love ya, toots!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11777429.post-1113109688180670882005-04-10T01:08:00.000-04:002005-04-10T01:08:00.000-04:00That is so wonderful, and simultaneously frighteni...That is so wonderful, and simultaneously frightening! I am so dreading that stage beacause a.) as we both know, it's fun having a lot of cool stuff precariously sitting around for creative inspiration. b.) it's a big hallmark of the slow separation which really begins the moment we give birth. Anyway, all I have to say is "activate the baby containment devices - get that pack n play out!"poetmamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17493603069461076971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11777429.post-1112986148102412992005-04-08T14:49:00.000-04:002005-04-08T14:49:00.000-04:00Oh dear Lord, help us all...."[that boy] can MOVE,...Oh dear Lord, help us all...."[that boy] can MOVE, baby!"Ward Jenkinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05013085293679968596noreply@blogger.com
